Dear potential contributor,
The Living
European Union Law blog was launched in early 2024 as an initiative of faculty
members from Ankara University Faculty of Law, Department of European Union
Law.
Our blog
aims to cover current developments in all areas of European Union law and the
legal dimensions of Turkey-European Union relations, in both Turkish and
English languages.
As a
starting point, we will focus on analysing decisions from the Court of Justice
of the European Union and European Union legislation, ensuring that our content
remains current and relevant.
We invite
contributions from academics, master’s and doctoral students, as well as
practitioners such as bureaucrats or lawyers.
Submitted articles
should adhere to the following guidelines:
(i)
Properly cite sources, either through footnotes with hyperlinks or in
parentheses.
(ii)
Concisely explain the material and legal background of the subject covered.
(iii)
Discuss current developments related to the subject matter.
(iv)
Provide an evaluation of the subject matter in light of these current
developments.
(v)
Maintain a word limit of 1000-2500 words.
(vi)
Include at least five relevant keywords.
(vii)
Articles may be submitted in either Turkish or English.
